Refund & Cancellation Policy

All course purchases on SplintStudy are final and non-refundable. Once payment is completed, learners cannot cancel or request a refund for any reason, including changes of mind, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with content. This policy applies to individuals, businesses, universities, NGOs, and government clients.

2. Exceptions (Limited)

Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances:

• Course Cancellation by SplintStudy: If a course is canceled before it starts, learners can request a full refund or credit for a future course.
• Technical Access Issues: If technical problems prevent access to the course and cannot be resolved, refunds may be reviewed case-by-case.

3. Enrolment

We process personal data to provide and improve SplintStudy’s services, including:

• Creating and managing user accounts, processing course enrollments, and delivering course content and certifications.
• Processing payments, invoices, and refunds.
• Providing technical support and responding to inquiries.
• Personalizing recommendations and content based on learning history and preferences.

• Preventing fraud, abuse, and other security incidents.

4. Subscription Plans

Monthly or annual subscriptions can be canceled to stop future billing. No refund is provided for fees already charged. Future payments will be automatically stopped upon cancellation.

• Discounts, promotions, or coupon usage
